MINDFUL TECH USE FOR OUR FAMILIES.
Empowering Parents With Resources & Community to Navigate Personal Device Use Safely & Responsibly In Their Families

As fellow CFSD parents, we are deeply concerned about the mental health effects of early smartphone and social media use on our children, with rising rates of depression, anxiety, and poor academic performance.
Yet, we feel unwavering pressure to give our children access to smartphones at early ages so their peers do not ostracise them. What if there were a better way to approach this impossible predicament?
Through Tech Aware Parents (TAP), we aim to empower families with resources and a supportive community to make informed technology choices. By forging an open forum community, we provide parents with a safe sounding board and effective methods to delay smartphone and social media use for our children.
